| Thrillseekers Unlimited was contracted by Frank Fertitta, III, CEO/President of Station Casino of Las Vegas as
well as the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championships) to design & construct a world class skate park for his new family estate in Las Vegas. The park is approximately 5000 sq feet, featuring a 12 foot
roll-in with oversized foam pit as well as a spine and mini ramp. Special thanks to our lead designer and construction supervisor, Jash Lavities. |

entertained the theme park in Arlington,
Texas. Our Team on this job Consists of Pro

Phelps from Hollywood. |
