Thrillseekers Unlimited requires a 50% deposit for all action sports & stunt shows, productions & extreme getaways and team-building events.
This deposit is used to "hold your date" as well as secure all athletes, performers, equipment, locations, etc. that may be needed for your extreme
event or adventure.

Our refund policy is based on our commitment & arrangements made with deposits, licenses, permits, insurance, equipment and stunt / safety
personnel for your vacation / excursion / event.
If you wish to cancel your event, Thrillseekers Unlimited / Thrill World Holdings, Inc. must be notified in writing. If you cancel 30 days prior to the
date of your event, we will refund all money paid minus any deposits, fees or other payments Thrillseekers Unlimited / Thrill World Holdings, Inc.
paid out for your event plus a $500.00 US administrative fee.
If cancellation is made 16 to 29 days prior to the event date, we will refund all money paid minus the 50% deposit paid or the total amount paid
minus all money Thrillseekers Unlimited / Thrill World Holdings, Inc. paid out for your event plus a $500 administrative fee, whichever is higher.
If cancellation is made within 15 days or less, client refund will be at the discretion of Thrillseekers Unlimited based upon various factors.
In the event that we are able to re-book your event, or a future event, your refund amount may be applied to that future event.
It is very, very rare, but is possible that an event cancellation may occur on our end. If we are unable to provide you with an alternate event or
performance, all money paid will be put on an account for a future event.
Thrillseekers Unlimited / Thrill World Holdings, Inc. is not responsible for additional expenses incurred for the event (i.e. non-refundable air tickets,
hotel accommodations, etc.)

There are no age requirements for spectators of our action sports & stunt shows & performances. For our extreme getaways / team-building events,
all participants must be at least 18 years of age. In some cases, children under the age of 18 may be allowed with adult supervision. All such exceptions
must be cleared through Thrillseekers Unlimited management before booking.

Thrillseekers Unlimited does not have any health or medical restrictions for spectators of our action sports & stunt shows. Although, it is heart-pounding,
adrenaline-pumping entertainment - watch at your own risk!
For our extreme getaways / team-building events, many of our activities/programs are developed with the "average joe" in mind. You do not have to
be an "Adonis" to do our program, but you should be in o.k. shape. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with the Thrillseekers Unlimited
professionals. Prior to your getaway/event day, all participants must provide a completed copy of the participant packet, which includes any information
on any medical conditions or concerns.

Film TV & More / Live Shows - Thrillseekers Unlimited is proud to be one of the only companies of its kind that is insurable! This is due to our
100% safety record. Throughout our 13 years in the business, we have coordinated, produced and performed action sports, stunts and other
performances in hundreds of films, television shows, commercials, music videos, live shows, other advertisements and even our "extreme getaways"
with the public...and, have NO injuries or Insurance Claims. We are completely insurable up to at least $5,000,000.

As a participant in one of our extreme getaways or team-building events, you are In good hands with Thrillseekers Unlimited's
stunt coordinators and extreme/action sports professionals/specialists. These professionals ensure that all safety precautions,
measures and actions are taken and oversee every aspect of all getaways & programs. Due to the amazing professionals
at Thrillseekers Unlimited, we are proud of our 100% safety record during our 13 years in business.
Please keep in mind that the sports/activities/stunts in our packages all have some level of danger, risk (otherwise, they wouldn't
be extreme) and chance of injury from various causes, including participant error (for some activities). All participants must sign a
waiver acknowledging this risk and waiving all liability and holding Thrillseekers Unlimited harmless for any injuries or claims that
may result from participation in the activities. Again, we have been providing these amazing, extreme programs/packages for
more than 13 years to thousands of participants and have a 100% safety record - no injuries or insurance claims. But, it is
important for all participants to understand the potential risks.

We expect to receive all of the information required from you to create, plan, produce and execute your event. We like to say, "Help us, help you!"
If you provide us with everything we need from your end, we'll take care of ours and you won't have to worry about anything related to the show.

You should expect to receive all of the information you need regarding the show, production or getaway/experience. And, that our team will arrive on
time, when and where scheduled and you will not have to worry about anything related to our show/performance - we will handle it all with no stress
or worries to you! Your in good hands!

professionals to provide exciting, professional, reliable entertainment, safely.
