There are various factors that determine the cost of your extreme/action sports, stunt and/or specialty act performance, show or production. To help you determine an
estimate for your production or event, please go through the costs/expenses below and use with the appropriate cost information from the individual sports/stunts pages.
Some of the costs or expenses below may not apply for certain productions, shows or events, but is to be used as a guideline for a production, show or event estimate: |

Athlete/Performer/Stunt Professional/Rider/Driver Performance Day Rate - price is on each specific extreme/action sport, stunt or specialty act page. |

|
Athlete/Performer/Stunt Professional/Rider/Driver Performance Rehearsal Rate - cost is usually half the performance rate. |
|
|
Safety Crew - A Stunt Coordinator is needed for almost every production, show or event. When a second general safety crew person is needed, a Safety/Logistics
Coordinator is usually brought in. Depending on the type and difficulty of the stunt or extreme/action sport, other safety crew may be brought in, such as an Asst.

- Stunt Coordinator - $1,000/Day (needed for almost all sports, stunts and acts)
- Asst. Coordinator - $750/Day (needed for more technical stunts/performances)
- Lead Rigger - $750/Day (needed for rigging stunts)
- Asst. Rigger - $500/Day (needed for more technical rigging stunts)
- Safety/Logistics Coordinator - $250-$500 (needed as second general safety crew person when needed)

Event Production - averages around 10% of total budget. |

Pre-Event Logistics Coordination - cost averages around 10% of total budget. |

|
Equipment Shipping - depends on location of event or production; we have equipment across the country and use from as close to event or production as possible; many times, there is no charge (or minimal charge) for equipment shipping. |

|
Insurance - Starts at nothing and goes up from there. Please see insurance subsection under About Thrillseekers Unlimited. |
|
|
Permits - no charge if handled by client, but we can handle for your event or production. |
|
|
Wardrobe - no charge if handled by client, but we can handle for your event or production. |
|
|
Transportation - depends on location of event or production; we have performers & crew across the country and use from as close to event or production as possible; many times, there is no charge (or minimal charge) for transportation. |

|
Hotels - depends on location of event or production; we have performers & crew across the country and use from as close to event or production as possible. Many times hotels are not needed. |
|
|
Per Diems - ranges from $25-40/Performer & Crew/Day (depending on location and what is provided at event/production). |
